This is what actually happen :-
Early in the morning at around 8.45 she came out with a pile of invoice
which i ask her to deliver today.
using a hash tone saying : Are you sure that all this is deliver to the same location
somehow i am confirmed i am not wrong cos i did double check
ytd.
just to be sure i took all invoice back and double confirm again.
and yes i was right i follow all the location that the driver wrote on the job card itself
and it was her to ask mi follow whatever the driver written on the job card
the other day she scolded me.
so when i return her all the invoice and i gave her the job card
saying : this is the location written down by your driver.
all delivered to the same place do u wan to double check?
this time round her face turned black.

wat the customer wrote and not the driver.
n i say the other time u say customer will make mistake it would be better if u could follow
wat the driver wrote.
and i say so next time i just have to follow whatever the customer wrote.
her face became even black.
